Jaraczewski adds, "Mr. Posner and the administration he represents demeans ourform of government and its citizenry when he compares our laws to the random acts of cruelty and arbitrary abuses of unelected dictators in China. The United States is the greatest advocate for human rights in the world and the State Department should proudly proclaim so." This is just the latest in a litany of actions, statements, and policies by an administration that apologizes and expresses embarrassment for our Constitutional system that allows for our freedom; apologizes for our military, the greatest fighting force in the world; apologizes for our capitalist system that fosters the greatest standard of living in the world. When the Administration does this it diminishes our credibility with our allies as well as the petty dictators around the world who want to see our way of life end." Candidate Jaraczewski further states that "there is a crisis of leadership in our Democratice, Machine led Government. It is a leadership that is in the midst of transforming our exceptional Republic into just another meddling, socialist welfare state and of diminishing our influence." Jaraczewski concludes, "We need leaders in Congress who know that America's rightful place in the world is as the leader of the world. I will be that leader in Congress who supports a strong national defense. I will be that leader in Congress who builds up the greatest military force in the world. I will be that leader who preserves the time honored American values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I will be the leader who goes to Washington and takes our country back!" The 43 year-old husband and independent businessman from Cottonwood is a father of five children, a horseman, and a Mingus Union High School sports fanatic. Joe is running a homegrown campaign and is only concerned with seeking the endorsement of the free citizens of Congressional District One. April 30, 2010: CD-1 CANDIDATE JOE JARACZEWSKI CALLS FOR SECURE BORDERS AND TERM LIMITS I applaud Governor Jan Brewer and the Arizona legislature for their necessary action to enforce the federal laws of this country in regards to the illegal immigrants residing in Arizona. She deserves our support and will have my continued support as the orchestrated left wing and its allies in the White House continue their attacks, hinting that we Arizonans who support this law are racist supporters of, in effect, a "Jim Crow" type statute and that the law violates civil rights. On the contrary, OUR rights are guaranteed by the Constitution for citizens, and those who face punishment from this Arizona law are here illegally. We are not racists in Arizona. We are proud of our nation's history of immigration based on legal entry, not racing across the border trying to avoid capture in order to take jobs from legal Americans. This week President Obama said that there "may not be an appetite" in Congress to deal with immigration. In the past fifteen months, the President has unconstitutionally taken over 3 American companies, the largest insurance company, and major banks. With implementation of Obamacare, there will be takeover of 1/6th of the American economy. The American people, Mr. President, do not have the appetite for tolerating your methods for governing against our will. We are the only industrialized nation that shares a 2000 mile border with an underdeveloped country. Mr. President (and members of Congress), secure our borders and protect the legal citizens of your country. Legal Immigration is not the issue. We need more of it. This is more race based politics by a party more concerned with retaining their majority in Congress than in protecting the United States border which is important in preserving the sovereignty of this nation. This game is being played by incumbents in both parties. Although Congress may not have the appetite to deal with the illegal immigration problem, the leaders of our state do. First, secure our borders with troops or a wall. Second, welcome and streamline the process for talented people, from all countries, who desire to be a part of the great American adventure and who desire to become American citizens. Third, NO MASS AMNESTY BILL. President Bush tried that race-based political game throughout his second term. We didn't like it then, and we won't tolerate it now. United States citizenship is cherished not only by legal citizens at home but by many people around the world, and we will not have it cheapened by you, President Obama, for your party's political gain. I will make securing our southern border a priority both for the security of the USA and for the bolstering of our economy. The career politicians in Washington, DC, institute laws without concern for the citizens that are impacted by them. The time has come to put term limits on our representatives and senators, similar to the one they imposed on the Presidency after 4 terms of FDR. The senators and representatives in Congress are the new imperialists who rule the people of this country against their will. April 25, 2010: VOTE FOR THE RIGHT KIND OF EXPERIENCE, VOTE JOE
I am running for Congress because we need someone to truly represent the people of CD-1. The current government officials we have elected have forgotten about serving Arizona. They have brought this nation to the brink of economic ruin and have imposed the federal government into all aspects of our lives. If we stand around and do nothing we will lose, Arizona will lose, and America will lose. We must bring a fresh approach to Washington, D.C., and that means electing a representative envisioned by our founders, one who loves freedom. We do not need another lawyer or retread politician. I am from Cottonwood, Arizona, and reside in the First District. I am a husband, a father, a businessman, a horseman, and a fighter. I have always drawn strength from and lived my life by the courage of my convictions. I am just an ordinary citizen, like you. I joined this fight for Congress after considering all of the candidates already in the race and realized not one of them had the interests of this district as their first and foremost priority.
I have no experience in the corruption that the corporate lobby and play with our elected officials in Phoenix or Washington, D.C. My experience is in business and making a living as a citizen of the First District. I align myself with and understand what the people of this district are going through in these tough economic times. My experience is in honor, loyalty, and living up to my word.
If you want more of the same ever-expanding federal government then vote for career politicians, lawyers, and candidates supported by special interest groups. If you want someone to fight for you and defend the Constitution and make this 21st century another great American century, then vote for me. Vote Joe Jaraczewski for Congress. March 12, 2010: PRESS RELEASE: BOWERS CAMP TRIES TO INTIMIDATE JARACZEWSKI'S DAUGHTER This past weekend the votejoeforreform.com campaign was in high spirits at the annual Cattleman’s Weekend in Chino Valley. Candidate Joe said, “This is one of the big reasons why I love Arizona; the tradition of ranching represents the heart and soul of our district. Unfortunately, this way of life is being destroyed by radical environmental policies from Washington. In the next congress these ranchers will need an ally to fight for their way of life." It came as a shock when Joe learned Nelson Pierce, campaign manager for Rusty Bowers, chose not to approach Joe, but rather his 16 year old daughter, Mikayla, a junior at Mingus Union High School, who was passing out “Vote Joe” flyers. He only approached his daughter after a campaign staffer left her alone. Candidate Jaraczewski stated, “I am outraged that a leading member of the Bowers campaign would be as cowardly as to approach my teenage daughter and tell her he is 'looking forward to a fight.'” Joe added, “This is especially disturbing from a campaign that only fights to convince people that the ‘State of Maricopa’ is within Congressional District-1. Mr. Bowers needs to take his big city intimidation brand of politics back home to Mesa." The Candidate added, “I demand a public apology from the Bowers campaign for their actions in harassing my teenage daughter. If the Bowers campaign wants to pick a fight, they should start with me!” Joe is running a homegrown campaign and is only concerned with seeking the endorsement of the free citizens of Congressional District One. February 26, 2010: PRESS RELEASE: JARACZEWSKI LEADS FIGHT FOR LOCAL REPRESENTATION
“The message being sent by citizens of
this country is that the people want the government to represent their
interests, not those of lobbyists and special interest groups. Mr. Bowers
is one of the career politicians who created this problem,” states Congressional
Candidate Joe Jaraczewski. In the one
year since the ascendancy of Barack Obama this country has witnessed a
transformed political climate as citizens have formed grassroots movements
whose purpose is to demonstrate to the career politicians of this nation that
business as usual is no longer acceptable.
Jaraczewski states, “Mr. Bowers needs to explain why a career politician from Phoenix turned mining lobbyist, is the best choice to represent the people of Arizona's 1st Congressional District. The government ‘for the people, by the people’ needs to start listening to the people and their concerns and not just those of the highest bidder in Phoenix or Washington D.C.” “The
uniqueness of the values and lifestyle shared by those of us who live in this
district demand that it be represented in Washington by a person with a fresh
approach, who has a personal stake in the district, not someone merely passing
through on vacation. As a local businessman, I realize that the concerns
and values of our district are best addressed by those who live here, in 'Our
Valley,' not lobbyists from 'The Valley',” Jaraczewski added. Joe is running a homegrown campaign and is seeking the endorsement of the citizens of Congressional District One. PRESS RELEASE: GILA GOP CHAIRMAN LOYD AND JARACZEWSKI AGREE TO TERMS Jeff Loyd, Chairman of the Gila County Republican Party, and Joe Jaraczewski (R), Cottonwood, Yavapai County candidate for the 1st Congressional District, worked over the weekend to come to an agreement in principle to negotiate during a meeting at a neutral site in Payson on March 6. Mr. Loyd represents one of the most vocal Tea Party groups in the state. Jaraczewski hopes to facilitate an agreement with Prescott’s Jan Smith, chairwoman of the Yavapai County Republicans, the staunchest Republican group in the state. To quote Jaraczewski, “Our party needs
to organize differently. The first step is to give the Tea Party one of the
best seats at our table.” PRESS RELEASE: JOE JARACZEWSKI ENTERS CD-1 RACE, TELLS RUSTY BOWERS TO GO HOME Joe Jaraczewski, father of 5, small businessman from Cottonwood, announces his intention to run in the Republican Primary for Arizona Congressional District #1. Asks Phoenix Lobbyist Rusty Bowers to leave race for good of party. Dr. Gosar, Attorney Beauchamp lack the political courage to lead. My fellow citizens of Arizona’s 1st Congressional District, my name is Joe Jaraczewski, father of 5, small businessman, proud to call Cottonwood, AZ home. What we know as uniquely American is being fundamentally transformed by elite politicians under the direction of lobbyists from big business. Before we return our government to the people, we must return our party to the people. That is why I am forming a homegrown campaign to restore the First District of Arizona to the people. You can rest assured that I will stand up for you in Washington. Our first order of business will be to ask the mining industry to remove their candidate, Rusty Bowers, from the race. I respect Mr. Bowers as a family man, but in 2001 he crossed the line and became a lobbyist. The silent majority is tired of the lines being blurred. Hard working, red-blooded Americans want their interests represented, not the interests of big business. The Republican Party needs to restore itself as the party of the people. We cannot do that by putting another lobbyist from Phoenix on the ballot this November, just as we had done in the past. We need to gain the trust of the general electorate. In order to do so, another “carpet bagger” cannot be placed on the ballot. So Rusty, for the good of our district and party, go home to the real Rusty Country. Continue your lucrative lobbying career in Phoenix. We cannot sacrifice the energy and resources of our district for your career. Dr. Gosar and Attorney Beauchamp, I have watched you stand idle, unable to stand up to Rusty and the special interests. If you cannot stand up to a member of your own party, how can we expect you to stand up to the lobbyists and big government officials in Washington? Please step aside; the people want a politician with conviction, a fighter. You both have demonstrated anything but. As a political party, we must engage in the culture. As we saw in the 2008 presidential elections, culture affects politics. We are losing our youth to the mind-numbing morals and economic idiocy of the elites in Washington. We must seek out our youth and articulate that peace, truth, and justice is the conservative movement. So, to take a line from the skatepark, “Dr. Gosar, Attorney Beauchamp, you are posers. Please move aside.” The people of the 1st District want a leader that is capable of building the trust to form a coalition that includes not only the LDS and the Tea Partiers, but the Ron Paul Libertarians, Hispanic Republicans, Reagan Democrats, as well as the rank and file Republicans. Also, let us reach out to people who never thought of joining our party. Let’s give them a political home. We can be that coalition. Remember, 1+God is an army. Please join us at www.joesarmyforcongress.com. We can restore that shining city on the hill. The time to march is now. |
